Elliott (Lost Creek Vendange), owned by Helen and us, took Best of Breed from the classes at the Tacoma Kennel Club show on Sunday, June 7 under judge Chris Abraham. He then made the cut in the group! This is Elliott's second breed from the classes this year, in limited showing! Elliott now has 8 or 9 points, and one of his majors. (we're not that good at keeping track!) And Elliott made us just as happy this past week when the light bulb came on and he started chasing the lure - well, the buggy whip with a plastic bag and fake fur tied to the end of it. Now, if we can just manage to find time in our busy schedules to make it to a practice, we will see if this new found enthusiasm translates to the real thing. We're keeping our fingers crossed!
